Frank Oelerich has over 30 years of investment banking experience working across multiple industry sectors in M&A. He is the former Head of Midwest M&A at Deutsche Bank where he focused primarily on transactions in the industrial and healthcare space. Prior to Deutsche Bank, he was Head of Midwest M&A at Morgan Stanley. He has significant experience advising public company boards and private equity firms and has been the lead advisor on scores of transactions with an aggregate value well in excess of $150 billion.
In May 2019, Frank was elected to the board of directors of MFA Financial, Inc. (NYSE: MFA). MFA is a real estate investment trust primarily engaged in the business of investing, on a leverage basis, in residential mortgage assets, including residential mortgage-backed securities and residential whole loans. On March 31, 2019, MFA had assets of $12.7 billion and a market value of $3.3 billion.
